Maintaining High Standards of Care

When we launched Healthcare Homes in 2005, our main objectives were to create an environment where residents receive the highest standards of care; where dignity is respected; where talents and interests are encouraged; and where life is lived to its fullest potential.

We have remained 100% focused to these objectives, and today continue to deliver the highest quality residential and nursing care to all residents who live in any one of our 23 homes across East Anglia.

We take great pride in providing tailored care and support to meet the individual needs of each and every person, in a friendly, warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere.  

Our nursing and residential homes are located in Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire and include specialist units to care for the elderly, people with dementia or physical disabilities.  We also provide care to older people in their own homes from our ten domiciliary care branches and two day centres that operate as Manorcourt Care.

Our company benefits from the significant knowledge and direction of our founders Richard Clough, Graham Lomer and David Bates, who between them have more than 50 years’ combined experience as professional care industry managers in the healthcare sector.
