Richard Clough, Chief Executive
Richard, a qualified accountant, has been in healthcare for over 20 years, primarily at Care UK Plc where he was CEO. He led the company to become a highly respected care provider supplying a range of care services to the NHS. He has also acted as a Non-Executive Director of a number of healthcare companies and co-founded CareMalta Plc.
David Bates, Operations Director
David began his career in the catering business before heading up his first care complex in 1988. He rose to become Operations Director at Care UK followed by a COO role at Runwood Care Homes. He now brings many years of caring experience to the business.
Graham Lomer, Finance Director
Graham, a Chartered Accountant, leads the finance side of the company. He also has over 20 years experience in the care field having risen to Managing Director of Care UK’s care home subsidiary. He ensures the company has adequate funds to sustain the quality environment and care quality for which it has become known.
