This year, Healthcare Homes proudly celebrates 20 years of dedication, compassion, and care, a milestone made possible by the incredible people who bring our values to life every day. Our 20th Anniversary Awards shine a spotlight on those individuals and teams whose commitment and kindness make a lasting difference to the lives of residents, clients, and colleagues alike. Nominated by the people we care for, their families, and fellow team members, these awards are a true celebration of the caring and compassionate colleagues at Healthcare Homes.
The finalists have now been announced, and we look forward to welcoming them to our special awards ceremony in November.
2025 marks 20 years of award winning care
Healthcare Homes proudly marks its 20th anniversary in 2025. Founded in 2005 by Richard Clough, David Bates, and Graham Lomer, our organisation has grown into a trusted provider of residential and home care services across the south and east of England. What began with just five care homes has grown into a network of 48 care homes and nine homecare branches, all focused on delivering compassionate, person centred care.
From residential living to care in people’s own homes, our aim has always been to be committed, compassionate and caring. This anniversary is a moment to reflect on everything that has been achieved and to recognise the dedication of the many people who have been part of the journey. It is also a chance to thank the individuals and families who have placed their trust in our team at Healthcare Homes to care for their loved ones.
Highlights from a week of celebration
Between the 16th and 22nd of June, we proudly celebrated Healthcare Homes’ 20th anniversary as part of Care Home Open Week. Our homes welcomed residents, families and the local community to enjoy a week of activities and entertainment. Events included BBQs, live music, themed days and plenty of opportunities for everyone to come together and enjoy themselves.
The week was a true celebration of the people, relationships and community spirit that make our homes so special.
