Healthcare Homes is pleased to welcome Jayne Wardell-White as the new manager of Claremont Lodge in Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk.
Jayne has spent her whole career in the care sector. “I’ve always worked in social care – and would never consider working in any other sector. I did a work placement in a care home whilst studying at university and knew it is where I would always want to be”. Prior to joining Claremont Lodge Jayne spent eleven years working at a care home in Cambridge.
Jayne’s husband recommended Healthcare Homes as an excellent provider of residential care and a good employer. And he should know as he works for the company too!
So, when this position became available Jayne knew she had to go for it.
The home is undergoing an exciting refurbishment. “This is a great project to be part of. It has been a lot of fun gaining feedback from the people living and working here who are sharing ideas. The comments and suggestions box is full! Plus, we have a new gardener who is also excited to share his ideas on the opening of our new summer gardens”.
