Following a very successful Christmas wreath competition back in 2018 and a Christmas cake competition last year, an invite has been sent to all care homes and homecare branches across the Healthcare Homes group, which invites everyone to take part in a Christmas hat competition.
The wonderful idea, which was inspired by activities co-ordinator Zoe and the residents at The Manor House in North Walsham, is open for entries until Friday 4th December.
The competition is spilt into two categories;
- Small individual hat – made by an individual on their own or with little help, being individual to them and can be worn! One entry per individual.Â
- Group made giant hat (maybe too big to wear, but where everyone has had a go at decorating it!)Â One entry per home/branch/office.
Prizes will be given for each category, with creativity, originality and wow factor being key areas that will be taken in to account throughout the judging process.
Judging will take place week commencing 7 December so please ensure photos of the hat being worn are sent to me by Friday 4 December.
We all hope you enjoy getting creative – have fun!
