Avon Lodge care home welcomes new manager

Avon Lodge Care Home is excited to announce Joby James as its new manager.

 

 

With over 15 years of experience in care home management and a solid nursing background, Joby is eager to build on Avon Lodge’s established reputation for exceptional care, recognized with a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

As a registered nurse holding both NVQ Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care, Joby brings a wealth of professional expertise along with a deep commitment to person-centred care. Her compassionate approach aligns perfectly with Avon Lodge’s core values, which emphasize treating every resident with dignity and respect.

“I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Every individual deserves the highest level of respect, and I am committed to ensuring that Avon Lodge provides exemplary person-centred care,” Joby shared.
