Home Meadow is proud to announce the appointment of Noby Jacobs as its new Care Home Manager. Noby brings over a decade of experience in nursing and healthcare to the highly regarded care home, which holds a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

As a Registered Nurse with an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, Noby is well-equipped to lead Home Meadow’s team in providing high-quality, person-centred care. Having completed mentorship training, Noby is passionate about supporting staff development and fostering a compassionate care environment.
Commenting on his new role, Noby Jacobs said, “I am excited to be joining Home Meadow and working with such a dedicated team. I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people, and I believe that spending quality time with residents is key to providing excellent care. By getting to know them on a personal level, we can enrich their lives and create a homely, supportive atmosphere that promotes their well-being.”
Home Meadow, situated in the tranquil village of Toft, provides comfortable, personalised residential care to elderly residents. Noby’s leadership will help ensure the home continues its commitment to delivering outstanding care, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
