Beam me up! Star Trek Day at Bedhampton Court

Residents at Bedhampton Court Care Home in Havant had an out-of-this-world experience during Star Trek Day. The home invited everyone to “boldly go” where no resident had gone before, offering a mix of themed activities and games designed to entertain and engage.

The activity included Klingon word searches, Starfleet-inspired colouring sessions, and a mini language workshop. Residents enjoyed learning phrases fit for cadets aboard the Starship Enterprise. Staff encouraged everyone to participate, ensuring that even those new to sci-fi felt included and confident.

A highlight of the day was meeting Pete the alien, Bedhampton Court’s newest “resident.” Pete joined the fun during every activity and quickly became a favourite.
