Healthcare Homes receives ‘Top 20 Care Provider’ award

Congratulations to each and every one of our teams across Healthcare Homes and Manor Court for the outstanding levels of care they deliver day-in, day-out. This commitment to quality care has enabled the company to achieve a Top 20 Care Home Provider 2021 and a Top 20 Home Care Provider 2021 award.

The awards recognise the most recommended care home and home care companies in the UK, based entirely on what service users and their families have to say. It’s always heart-warming for our teams to hear words of praise and thanks, but these special awards are a great way to recognise those who consistently provide the highest quality of care throughout the year. For Healthcare Homes, 2021 sees the sixth year running of finishing in the Top 20.

They awards are particularly welcome given the extremely challenging circumstances in which our teams across the South and East of the UK have continued to care for our residents and service users this year with compassion and empathy.

You only have to look at some of our reviews to see what our wonderful residents, service users and their families have to say about our teams. Relative Dan G says “Mum deserved the very best we could do for her and believe me, that’s exactly what she received from the manager and all the staff at Blandford Grange in Dorset. It is so apparent that this isn’t just their job, they are such caring lovely people and I felt safe in leaving our mum in their hands.”.

At Healthcare Homes, our teams understand the importance of great care, and are always on hand to offer their help and guidance, treating residents and service users as they would their own relatives.

Whilst celebrating the great work of our teams, we want to thank everyone who have left such kind comments on the platform.
