Healthcare Homes retains Top 20 ranking for 7th year in a row

Healthcare Homes is celebrating the company’s 7th year as one of the UK’s leading care home and homecare providers.

The Top 20  – from independent review sites carehome.co.uk and homecare.co.uk – recognise the companies who are the most highly rated by the people receiving care, their friends and families. Healthcare Homes is extremely proud of its track record having featured in the awards every year since 2016.

Healthcare Homes’ Chief Executive Gordon Cochrane said: “Congratulations go to each and every one of our care home teams and our Manorcourt homecare teams for the outstanding levels of care they deliver day-in, day-out. This is a direct reflection of their hard work and commitment.

“It’s always heart-warming for our teams to hear the kind words and expressions of thanks from the people and families that they support, but these special awards go further: To succeed our teams have to deliver everywhere that we operate, and they have to deliver consistently across the entire year.

“The awards are particularly welcome this year given the extremely challenging circumstances in which our teams worked. The effects of Covid are still being felt and recruitment remains exceptionally challenging. But our teams have continued to care for our residents and service users with compassion and empathy.”

Healthcare Homes has 48 care homes across the south and east of the UK and 11 Manorcourt Homecare branches. Currently four of our homes have a score of 9.9 out of 10 and 28 are rated 9.5 or above. All or our 11 Manorcourt Homecare branches are rated 9.1 or above.
