Peterborough care home worker thanked for long service

A member of staff at Park House nursing home in Peterborough has been thanked and recognised for 20 years’ of long service to the home.

Domestic Assistant, Margaret Marratt joined the home in 2000 and has remained at Park house ever since, supporting colleagues and residents with a rage of domestic services around the home.

Park House provides high quality residential and nursing care to up to 52 people, many of whom live with dementia, and Margaret is part of the team that keeps the home running, caring for people with a range of needs.

Margaret was presented with a long service certificate, pin badge, flowers and gifts on behalf of the team and the wider Healthcare Homes Group.  Home Manager Mungwaluku Mupatu, who is known by all as Mupatu, led the presentation, thanking Margaret for her years of dedication.

“She has seen so many changes here over the years, and is part of the core team managing the challenging conditions we currently work in.  She has remained committed and dedicated to the home throughout and we’re extremely lucky to have her.
