Ten year recognition award for Rosemary

A certificate of recognition was presented to Rosemary Judd recently to mark her 10 years’ service with Manorcourt Homecare.

Rosemary, who is currently Regional Manager for Manorcourt Homecare, overseeing all 11 branches, started at Healthcare Homes Group 10 years ago in 2012. After initially joining HHG as regional manager for Essex (leading Colchester and Clacton branches), she implemented taking over care from ECC and developing care in the community as well.

After moving to Essex she worked with Essex County Council in domiciliary care in the evenings, to work around looking after her children. She led a small team of home carers delivering care to the community and is still in touch with some of those carers from 25 years ago. She originally started her career in care in a residential home and became a night senior, she has now worked in the care sector for the past 31 years.

Rosemary said she thinks Manorcourt Care is special because “You’re not just a number, you’re a person. There are lots of characters and I love working with all of them. We have amazing teams of carers and if I could, I’d thank them all every day.”

Looking to the future Rosemary plans to continue to do what she’s doing – helping to provide excellent care for the community.
