The Chase Manager recognised for outstanding leadership in Hertfordshire Care Awards

The Chase Care Home in Watford, part of the Healthcare Homes Group, is celebrating a fantastic achievement—their manager, Ana Ciobotaru, has been recognised as a finalist in the prestigious Hertfordshire Care Awards. Ana was nominated in the Leadership in Care Award category and attended the event alongside her supportive team and regional manager.

Standing out as one of only four finalists from a pool of 40 nominees is a remarkable accomplishment that showcases Ana’s dedication, skills, and passion for delivering exceptional care. Reflecting on the recognition, Ana shared:

“I’m so touched that my team thought of me and recognised my skills, support, and commitment. I never expected this and feel so honoured to be acknowledged for doing what I love—putting residents and my team first.”

With over 10 years’ experience as a care home manager, Ana has brought extensive knowledge to the sector. Since joining The Chase five months ago, she’s worked closely with her team to uphold high standards of care while continuing to develop the home’s services.

Ana also expressed her gratitude for her team’s collaborative spirit:

“I couldn’t have achieved this without the team at The Chase. We’re all working towards the same goals, and I’m truly grateful for the trust residents and their families place in me.”

The Chase Care Home and Healthcare Homes Group are thrilled to see Ana’s leadership and dedication recognised on such a prestigious platform. It’s a proud moment for the entire team and a testament to their collective hard work and commitment.
