Mary Berry’s Jubilee trifle served at Foxearth Lodge

Mary Berry’s Jubilee trifle was the star of the show at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations at Foxearth Lodge, in Saxstead, Suffolk.

Home Manager Roxanne Cutajar said, “We had a lovely Jubilee lunch out in the gardens and an afternoon tea party as well as a summer show from a local theatre group with a Jubilee theme.

“Relatives joined in the fun and the staff made the Mary Berry jubilee trifle that featured in the Great British Bake Off.”

Foxearth Lodge care home is part of the Healthcare Homes family of 48 homes in the south and east of the UK.
