Top review scores delight Norfolk home-based carers

Three branches of Manorcourt Homecare based in Norfolk have received high praise from the public, achieving excellent scores following impartial feedback posted on to the independent review website homecare.co.uk.

The site provides rankings for home care providers across the country based on feedback from service users and their relatives, giving them a ranking out of 10 based on the reviews they have received.

The Brooke branch in Norwich is now rated as an impressive 9.8 out of 10, while the Thetford branch is rated as 9.6 out of 10 and the Watton branch is rated as 9.5.

The branches are part of the Healthcare Homes Group and each provides personalised care and support to people living in their own homes. The teams offer flexible and tailored care packages from respite care to domestic tasks or 24 hour live-in care.

A recent review for the Brooke branch states: “I cannot praise Manorcourt, the staff and carers enough. I think they are brilliant. People like me would not know what to do without them, so, thank you all very much.”

A review for Thetford states: “I can’t thank the Thetford team enough, I get to know my mum’s carers week by week, the times they are coming. My mum is really happy, every day she tells me who has been in, what they have done for her and more importantly she says they make her laugh. I’m pleased my mum has settled very quickly with the carers it makes her day just that bit more easier.”

Rosemary Judd, Regional Manager at Manorcourt Homecare said: “Hearing this wonderful feedback means so much to everyone at our branches and across the entire group. For us, caring for our clients is far more than just a job, and the current pandemic has shown this to be the case more than ever before.

“Each member of staff works so hard to ensure the people we support are happy and well, so receiving such a consistently high rating with lovely reviews means we’re getting this right. Thank you to everyone who has left comments; it really means a lot to receive honest feedback.”
