Congratulations to the team at The Chase Care Home in Watford for receiving a good rating in a local authority assessment of its services.
The Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) report is a tool used by councils like Hertfordshire to assess the quality of care being provided for older adults.
The home achieved good scores across a range of criteria such as standard of care, consent, safeguarding, management and staff.
Manager Ruta Starkute-Nahani, said: “We consistently strive to make improvements for everyone we care for here at The Chase, but also for our staff too. We are delighted when our hard work is recognised like this.
“This positive PAMMs report is the result of the passion and dedication of every team member who work so hard to ensure our residents are happy and well cared for.

In addition to the PAMMS report, the Chase consistently scores highly on the carehome.co.uk website where families of residents have left more than 81 reviews.
The purpose-built nursing is centrally-located and offers elderly residential, nursing and respite care and caters for people living with dementia. The home has 110 en-suite rooms, wheelchair accessible gardens, physiotherapy service, hairdresser and many other services on-site.
